How do you keep up with your life?

Good Morning Friends! Grab a cup of coffee and join me. This morning I would like to share another part of my life that you may not be aware of. In addition to raising our children and speaking with David, for the past 21 years I have had a home-based business to help supplement our family’s income. Over the years, I have been approached by many people selling many things and this is the only one that has ever made sense to me, fitting with what I believe about being good stewards of our bodies.

The product I share is Juice Plus+: 17 fruits and vegetables in a capsule or soft chew. We have been taking it since it first came out in 1993. According to the American Cancer Society, the Diabetes Society, and the American Heart Association, the best thing we can do to prevent disease is to eat 9-13 servings of raw fruits and vegetables every day. I’ve known this for a long time and I still cannot get it done based on taste and availability. Juice Plus+ bridges the gap and helps me get the whole food nutrition I need to work hard, serve in ministry and keep up with my children!!tower garden

The most recent addition to the product line is the state-of-the-art aeroponic Tower Garden by Juice Plus+, which allows families to grow their own vegetables, herbs, flowers and many fruits in less time andwith much less water, space and nutrients than it takes in soil. It gives you more control over your family’s health by making it easy to grow fresh nutritious produce at home.

After taking Juice Plus+ for a while, I noticed I needed less sleep and was actually sleeping better, my chocolate craving decreased, and my craving for fruits and vegetables actually increased. I definitely had more energy too. We joyfully keep up with an active family, work out regularly and both ward off and recover quickly from illnesses that are sending lots of people to bed! Juice Plus+ has really been impactful for our family!

Juice Plus+ costs round $1.50/day. It comes in a 4-month supply and the cost is spread over that time. The Juice Plus+ Company has an outstanding Children’s Health Study for children aged 4+ thru college students. When an adult agrees to take Juice Plus+, the child’s product is free for up to 4 years.I love that!!

Basically I help people look good, feel good, make money and have fun! If you would like to learn more about Juice Plus+ and/or the Tower Garden, please visit If you would be interested in joining my Juice Plus+ team, please go to

  1. Hi David and Kelly, this is Rob Hendrix. I’ve heard about these products and as a typical American who doesn’t eat like he should, I would love to be able to cheat just alittle and take a pill to get my daily dosage of fruits and vegies. How do we order/obtain these products? And by ordering these products, are we helping you guys? The Prtichard Ministries? Young Life? Or just us? LOL

    • Hi Rob!! Thank you so much for visiting our blog and responding!! Ordering is easy. You can do it off our website or I would be happy to call you to put the order in and answer any questions you might have. You may be interested in ordering for yourself and then enrolling Jack in the Research program. He would get JP free for up to 4 years as long as you are taking it! And in answer to your question, JP is a home business that I have done for many years…so it is the Pritchards that you would be helping!! I Look forward to serving you!! Respectfully, Kelli

  2. Kelli…I read in Going Public about you part-time, stay-at-home job as well that you attend BSF! I just finished my 6th year in BSF (5th with my children attending with me)! Are you still involved? Did you ever go with your kids? Did your kids attend through grade school? My oldest is just 7, so she’s stopped going to daytime BSF since she’s in 1st grade. Anyhow…one of the things I’ve wondered since reading Going Public, is how you structured your day to work part-time, attend church and do other ministry, BSF, have housework and dinner prep mostly done but the time the kids got home from school, etc. I’m currently working VERY part-time as a realtor’s assistant and am finding it difficult to fit everything in! Any helpful tidbits would be GREAT!

    • Hi Jessica!! Thank you for reading our blog and responding! Yes, I did every course of BSF and then found out they have added Isaiah so I have to go back and pick that up!! By the time I lived in a town that offered BSF, I could only take our youngest who was a preschooler.

Let me be very clear, very real and hopefully encouraging at the same time regarding our life here at the Pritchard house. I am a first born A type personality who values structure, organization and list making to a fault. I am married to David, a last born who values people, relationships and being in tune with how our hearts are doing. So when you mix those, I would say we have a group of people who try really hard to live life in a simple and orderly way but give that all up in a heartbeat if we need to serve others, even if it is each other!

I am doing some reading on minimalist living and if I had it to do all over again, I would have worked hard to live with only what we really need and use the library, good will and trading toys with others to keep stuff from overtaking our lives.

I wanted our family to have a simple, secure, content, joyful rhythm in our routine but not so legalistic we couldn’t respond if God asked us to go and do for people in need. I hope that makes sense.

I want to help but I also do not want to make rules for others. Often the working through this tension is as important as where you land. In your family meeting ask this,” What kind of a family do we want to be. What do the Littles believe about…organization, cleaning, money, chores, technology, faith etc. It is so interesting to hear what your kids have to say!!

I have a gifting in the area of food and planning that I am happy to share. This one area keeps many families stressed and disorganized. I am planning to blog on this in the near future. I hope you will continue to visit our blog as we continue to provide resources for families. Also, if it is helpful to you, I hope you will consider sharing it with your friends. Thanks again for visiting. I look forward to hearing from you in the future. Blessings to you and your family… Kelli
