Don- John 1:14….Who came from the Father full of grace and truth. Reminds me of what I should be full of rather than what I am often full of which is not truth and grace!!
Renee- Psalms 127:3 Children are a gift from the Lord. Parents are called to join with the Lord to steward these gifts for a season.
Don – I was too tired to be parenting, should have been pulled over after he barked at his sweet, tender Emma for getting out of bed.
Renee – When I was corrected by our youngest daughter for participating in road rage in her presence! She said, “Mom, you don’t have to do that.”

Proudest Parenting Moment
After sharing with emotion a big disappointment, our teen son said, “If this is what God has for me, then I think it’s right”
Their son taking his sister to one of her events, then took both his sisters to dinner to talk about the night because his parents were working.
One thing they would do differently
Started earlier and done a better job teaching our children how to be good friends with each other, to forgive each other, to work hard with each other and to help each other.
Not be such a reactive parent.
